Hello, I have been aiding children in their educational endeavors for as long as I can remember. In grade school I found myself really drawing into the idea of helping my classmates on material that I felt like I had already mastered. Graduating valedictorian at the age of 12, I felt it necessary to continue expanding my studying strategies to others and be understanding in doing so. Now, as a senior in college, I wish to continue this passion of mine and work towards progressing general skills used to advance in the field of mathematics (algebra and trigonometry specifically) and chemistry (general through organic)

Language graduate with over five years experience teaching English as a second language . I can help with advanced English for business, academic or professional purposes. All lessons conducted online.

My approach to teaching is that each lesson should be memorable. We retain more of what we learn when we’re relaxed and genuinely engaged with the material, so I try to structure my lessons around topics my students find interesting.

The great thing about language is that it can be found in all areas of life! From genome sequencing to K-Pop icons to fourteenth-century Persian poetry: whatever you’re into, let’s talk about it in English!

I am currently a sophomore at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
I received a 1550 in my SAT and specialize in teaching Math and English/Reading. I received a 5 in my AP tests in these classes:
Language Arts, English and Literature, AB Calc, Physics C, World History, and Statistics.

I can give a lot of useful tips and guidance in these classes and more but in particular, I have the most strategies and methods for practicing the SAT and ACT as I rose my score from a 1350 to a 1550 with a lot of practice. I helped 3 other students raise their scores from the 1400’s to the 1500’s. I look forward to working with you!

Currently living in Glasgow, Scotland, UK. Fluent in both English and Chinese. Working as a Chinese language teacher for 3 years with a wide age range of students. I have developed my own way to explain the Chinese language. Compare the different cultures and behaviours of China and the West and bring them into the teaching of the language. Make Chinese grammatical phrases more understandable and easier for students. Students love my class mainly due to the interesting way that I explained in terms of grammar, characters etc. I don’t like a strict class atmosphere and I want to make language teaching a lively, enjoyable conversation.

I study Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at the University of Southampton. My course gives me a diverse outlook in a range of disciplines from making a CubeSat to designing an aircraft. The plethora of knowledge enticed with some exciting projects makes my course thrilling. Exams can be very stressful but with the right exam techniques, they can be an absolute breeze. I love a good challenge and my exams gave me a good one. Revising can be a tedious task however if you make it fun you will more likely be able to remember the content. This can be done by making a puzzle, games, or even a song, and using remembering techniques such as acronyms.
I currently tutor a couple of students and their grades are already soaring high.
